 Holds a Bachelors of Engineering (Analytical Chemistry and Instrumentation Engineering) degree from Faculty of Sciences of Tunis, Tunis, Tunisia. Rabiaa is a chemical engineer trainee and Ashoka Changemaker Fellow.


Adotey, Sampson Kofi (Ghana)

Holds a B.A, Integrated Development Studies from University for Development Studies, Ghana. Sampson is the co-founder of COWTRIBE; 2016 Fellow and Student at Young Professional African Leadership Academy organized by Atlas and Imani Africa. He is also a Shaper at Global Shapers Accra Hub Community of World Economic Forum

Agbenyegah, Judy Edinam Ajoa (Ghana)

Holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Geological Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Judy has experience working as an Assistant Communication and Arts Director and is a Senior Partner at REX Associates Business Enterprise.                                     

Akinseinde, Samuel (Nigeria)

 Holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Covenant University, Ota, Nigeria and a Diploma in Leadership Development. Samuel works as a Graduate Assistant at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Portharcourt, Nigeria

Angula, Tuhafeni (Namibia)

 Holds B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Honours) from University of Namibia, Namibia. Tuhafeni has interests in technology and was the Winner of University of Namibia Nenotronics Programming Competition.



Aubeeluck, Muzammil Bin Anwar (Mauritius)

Holds B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Science – University of Mauritius, Mauritius. Muzammil is an Android developer and Microsoft student partner. He developed Smart Health Application and is a First Class graduate.



Bahri, Nada (Tunisia)

 Studies License in Private law at the Faculty of Law and Political science, Tunisia. Nada represented Tunisia at the Future Forum “Strengthening Young People’s Roles in Peace Process” in Swedish Institute Alexandria, Egypt.


Baye, Gaspard (Cameroon)
Gaspard was the best overall graduating male student in 2016 and won 2 President Paul Biya Awards for the best National student in Higher National Diploma  in telecommunications. He was also the best GCE Advanced A-level science student in Northern Cameroon. He Co-founded an IT startup aimed at solving community problems using ICT which developed solutions such as a web application to help students get various information on lodging, hospital facilities and shopping and an e-voting platform for ICT University of Cameroon, to facilitate the voting process of the student union staff. He was a 10 Academy fellow, a one month intensive training program where he acquired modern skills such as design thinking, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Robotics and Business Management.  
Conteh, Suricia Yatiana Esther (Sierra Leone)

Holds B.A. (Honours), English Language and Literature from Fourah Bay College, Sierra Leone. Suricia is a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) network and is a part-time Junior Secondary School Teacher at The International School Ltd.


Dzoro, Joylene Tinaye (Zimbabwe)

 Holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) Degree in Social Work from Bindura University of Science Education, Zimbabwe. Joylene is International AIDS Society Youth Ambassador.


Eelu, Hilja Hambeleleni (Namibia)

 Holds a Bachelor of Science Honours, Molecular and Cell Biology from University of Cape Town, South Africa and a Bachelor of Science, Human Genetics degree from University of Pretoria, South Africa. Hilja is a Allan Gray Orbis Foundation Fellow.

Iddrisu, Fatimatu (Ghana)

Holds Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa, Ghana. Fatimatu was the Secretary of Students’ Representative Council at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT).

Manko, Emmanuel Morris (Tanzania)

 Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Tlemcen, Tlemcen, Algeria. Emmanuel is a member of Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Network and won a prize in the United Nations Essay Contest on Sustainable Development Goals (2015).

Mboungou, Paulcy Desmerveilles (Republic of Congo)

 Holds BSc. Computer Science from Osmania University. Paulcy won the best powerpoint presentation on Social Development Statistics Award from the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation. He also the President at COBSA.



Mhlanga, Fezile Faith (Swaziland)

 Holds B.Sc. Conservation Ecology from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Faith was in the top 15% of the Agriscience Faculty, Stellenbosch University, South Africa for academic excellence becoming a Golden Key International Honour Society member.

Muli, Joy Mueni (Kenya)

 Holds Bachelor of Arts in Design from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Joy has previously worked for a number of companies as an interior designer and was the winner of Interior Design Competition organized by the Centre for Biotechnology & Bioinformatics as well as 2nd Runners Up in the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife Art Competition.

Mulung, Bibi Rawiyah (Mauritius)

Rawiyah holds a BEng. Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Technology Brunei. She was awarded a merit-based scholarship by the Government of Brunei Darussalam. Among her numerous achievements, Rawiyah was the winner of the National Science Project Competition (Mauritius) in 2010, the Heman Guness Creativity Award by UNESCO (Mauritius) in 2011, and the University of Technology Brunei Public Speaking Competition in 2014. Rawiyah is also a freelance article writer and editor.

Ngabonziza, Iradukunda Benitha (Rwanda)

 Holds B.Sc. Land Survey degree from INES-Ruhengeri/ Land Survey Department, Ao, Rwanda. Benitha is a manager at her family business and is experienced about customer care service, receiving and guiding people besides land survey.


Olting’idi, Damaris Silantoi (Kenya)

 Holds B.Sc. Business Administration degree from Ashesi University College, Ghana. Damaris won the Equity African Leaders Program (EALP) Award for top academic performance by Equity Bank Kenya Limited.



Sekyi, Emmanuel (Ghana)

 Holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. Emmanuel built a sentiment analyzer for the elections in Ghana using the tweets of Ghanaians as well as a diabetes predictor using machine learning.
